1. This site is for the exclusive use of Dunwell Company and our guests and customers.

2. We DO NOT sell to people under the age of 18.

3. Customers and guests may not post messages to this site.

4. All customer information is private and will not be released.

5. Fake accounts will be deleted.

6. Dunwell company will NEVER ask for personal information such as credit card information, banking information, etc. via email or telephone.

7. Dunwell company will NEVER ask for usernames or passwords email or telephone.

8. Sales on custom clothing, costuming, embroidery, etc. are final and not returnable or refundable.

9. If you would like to save the shipping charges, local pickup is available for free.  Please select free local pickup at checkout.  We will contact you for a pickup appointment.  Please do not miss your pickup time or there may be a charge to reschedule it.
